Here at Acorn House Veterinary Clinic,
we have three core values:
- Welcome: The clinic will be a happy, safe, non-threatening place of welcome for our patients. We follow “fear free” principles to ensure that Acorn House Veterinary Clinic is somewhere our patients are happy to enter. Our friendly team understand the stress and worries our owners may be feeling. We will strive to make both pet and owner feel safe in our clinic, through both the good times and the sad times. Dee is a certified fear-free vet.
- Community: Our patients will see the same faces every time they visit the clinic. Seeing the same vet every time means that we know exactly what is happening with your pet and allows continuity of care. For you this means no miscommunication or repeating yourself and for us it means we can be part of our patients’ lives and fully involved in their veterinary care. We are proud to be proud of the local community and we hope also to support the charities and initiatives that help our community grow and thrive.
- Integrity: Above all else we will always do the right thing by our clients and their pets. We will deliver quality care, keep up to date with the most modern training and invest in our facilities and equipment. We will not sell unnecessary medications or treatments but instead build a foundation of trust allowing us to work together to enrich our patients’ and our clients’ lives.
